Physical Exercise for Adolescents
Physical exercise is an activity requiring 'physical effort' which is carried out for the sake of health and fitness. All the adolescent boys and girls should do physical exercise such as brisk walking, jogging (running), swimming, cycling, dancing, playing outdoor games (like hockey, football, badminton, basketball, etc.) or any other type of exercise, regularly. Regular physical exercise has the following beneficial effects :
(i) Regular physical exercise in fresh air keeps the body fit.
(ii) Regular physical exercise also improves the mental health.
(iii) Physical exercise protects a person from heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and obesity.
(iv) Physical exercise builds and maintains healthy muscles, bones and joints.
(v) Physical exercise increases our efficiency in studies, sports and work.
(vi) Physical exercise improves the general sense of well-being and makes a person feel happier.

In the time of adolescence, one should need to have fit and healthy both physically and even mentally.
like having proper diet,exercise, Yoga practices (most importantly Ashtang yoga)which includes meditation, etc.
For physical health,one should need to eat almonds or Baadaam for good health of brain,green vegetables for good eyesight, turmeric or Haldi for healthy digestion and milk for growth.
For mental health, one should do Yoga and meditation and also make use of playing instruments(scientifically proved that it make the mind relief and makes it focused everytime).
In the time of adolescence, one should avoid taking alcohol and putting bad habits that are very difficult to get rid of easily.
