According to todays known research,Prokaryotes are always found unicellular and there isn't prokaryotic multicellular organisms(sometimes it may be found in future).By my point of view i think that since these organisms nucleus is not well defined then it would be harder for these organisms to conduct the body needs if they are multicellular.Multicellular organisms need higher consumption of energy for their body needs and cell's nucleus play a major role in it.Since prokaryotic nucleys arent well defined then it will be harder for conducting needs.Usually in unicellular organisms Their body needs are fulfilled by diffusion,While in multicellular organisms diffusion is not enough to fulfil the needs

Reservation for backward castes promotes equality.If reservation are not given,Since these castes are minority then they may get less chance to attain a place in Government jobs/politics etc.So the majority may try to dominate over society so to avoid this domination, reservations are given and equality is maintained
