Given data:
- Quantity of oil consigned = 200 kg
- Cost of oil = Rs. 47.50 per kg
- Freight and other expenses paid by consignor = Rs. 1,900
- Octroi and other expenses paid by agent = Rs. 950
- Quantity sold by consignee = 150 kg
- Quantity remaining as stock = 40 kg

1. Cost of consignment:
Total cost of consignment will include the cost of oil and the expenses incurred on freight and other charges:
Cost of oil = 200 kg x Rs. 47.50/kg = Rs. 9,500
Expenses incurred = Rs. 1,900 + Rs. 950 = Rs. 2,850
Total cost of consignment = Rs. 9,500 + Rs. 2,850 = Rs. 12,350

2. Value of goods sold:
The value of goods sold will be calculated by multiplying the quantity sold by the cost per kg:
Value of goods sold = 150 kg x Rs. 47.50/kg = Rs. 7,125

3. Value of goods in stock:
The value of goods in stock will be calculated by multiplying the quantity in stock by the cost per kg:
Value of goods in stock = 40 kg x Rs. 47.50/kg = Rs. 1,900

4. Value of consignment stock:
The value of consignment stock will be the difference between the total cost of consignment and the value of goods sold:
Value of consignment stock = Total cost of consignment - Value of goods sold = Rs. 12,350 - Rs. 7,125 = Rs. 5,225

Therefore, the value of consignment stock is Rs. 5,225.
