At the same time, the government also feels that these people will be able to impart good technical educations, because their main agenda is to make these youngsters teach in those colleges that are lagging behind in the field of technical education. Assumption III is slightly beyond the scope of the given statement. We have no information about the other teachers and hence, such a vague assumption is not valid. Therefore, option D is the correct answer.
