From the egg ,the nucleus was removed.The nucleus extracted from the mammary cell of the Finn–Dorsett ewe.This nucleus was fused with the enucleated egg of Scottish blackface ewe and further cell division was stimulated by electric current.After a few cell divisions,the embryo was implanted in another Scottish blackface ewe which later on gave birth to Dolly,the coloned sheep.
