    At a particular location, the atmospheric pressure was measured as 0....
    Given data:
    - Atmospheric pressure (P) = 0.96 bar
    - Temperature (T) = 30°C
    - Relative humidity (RH) = 60%

    Conversion of units:
    - Atmospheric pressure (P) = 0.96 bar = 96 kPa
    - Temperature (T) = 30°C = 303 K

    Determination of saturation vapor pressure:
    The expression In Psat = 19.013 — 5325/T can be used to determine the saturation vapor pressure (Psat) of water vapor.

    Plugging in the values:
    In Psat = 19.013 — 5325/303
    In Psat = 19.013 — 17.57
    In Psat = 1.443

    Converting the result to kPa:
    Psat = e^(1.443)
    Psat = 4.23 kPa

    Determination of vapor pressure of water vapor:
    The vapor pressure of water vapor (Pw) can be determined using the relative humidity (RH) and saturation vapor pressure (Psat) as follows:

    Pw = RH/100 * Psat
    Pw = 60/100 * 4.23
    Pw = 2.538 kPa

    Determination of humidity ratio:
    The humidity ratio (W) is the ratio of the mass of water vapor to the mass of dry air. It can be determined using the vapor pressure of water vapor (Pw) and atmospheric pressure (P) as follows:

    W = 0.622 * Pw / (P - Pw)
    W = 0.622 * 2.538 / (96 - 2.538)
    W = 0.624 g/kg

    Therefore, the humidity ratio of the air is 0.624 g/kg.
