It is also know that no operator(s) will join at 20:00 hrs. In row 1, we can confirm that I is operating from Hyderabad, so he was trained in BC [i.e. row 1 is row 8]. In row 6, we can confirm that A and H are operating from Jamshedpur starting at 0:00 hrs [i.e. row 5 is row 6] and in row 7, B is operating from Mangalore. Since the number of operators trained from KC is the same as the number of operators trained from BC, there must be only one operator trained from KC. So, in row 7, we can say B was trained from KC. It is also clear that in row 3, D and F were trained in AC and in row 6, A and H were trained in GC. Since B is starting its operation 4 hrs after the operator(s) trained from GC, B starts its operation at 4:00 hrs. The final arrangement is:
