Survey Results: Career Choice of Intermediate Students
Overview
As a career counselor in a college, I conducted a survey to find out the career choices of students after Intermediate. The survey included 250 students, and the results are as follows:
Engineering
- 100 students opted for Engineering courses.
- 10 students chose both Engineering and Medical.
- Therefore, 90 students chose only Engineering.
Medical
- 50 students wanted to make their career in Medical.
- 10 students chose both Engineering and Medical.
- Therefore, 40 students chose only Medical.
Arts
- 100 students continued their further studies in Arts.
Analysis
From the survey results, we can infer that:
- Engineering is the most preferred career choice among Intermediate students.
- Medical is the second most preferred career choice.
- Arts is the least preferred career choice.
- 10 students have interests in both Engineering and Medical fields.
- There are no students who chose both Engineering and Arts, nor Medical and Arts.
Conclusion
These survey results can help the college to understand the career choices of Intermediate students and provide them with appropriate guidance and support to pursue their chosen careers.
