Identifying the Match Order:
- M will play the fourth match.
- Two matches will be played between the matches of I and R.
- L will play the last match.

University Assignments:
- P and R belong to the same university.
- J belongs to university Y.
- M and I belong to the same university.
- L and R are from the same university.

Match Pairings:
- O will not play against K.
- Q and P will play against each other.
- K will play the match immediately after N and they are not from the same university.
- I will not play against L.
Based on the given information, we can determine the following:
- M and I belong to the same university, so M and I are from university X.
- P and R belong to the same university, so P and R are from university Y.
- J belongs to university Y, so J is from university Y.
- L and R are from the same university, so L is from university Y.
Therefore, the students from university Y are J, P, L, and two others. Since Q and P are playing against each other, Q must be from university X. This leaves K and N to be the other two students from university Y.
Hence, the student from university Y who will play the third match is P.
