J sits fourth to the right of T, where neither of them sits at the end of the row.
As many persons sit to the right of T as to the left of Y.
Only one person sits between H and L, who sits immediate left of Q.
H neither sits at the end of the row nor adjacent to Q.
V sits adjacent to neither J nor T.

From the above conditions, there are two possibilities

Clearly we can find that Y sits second to the left of P.

From CP:

V sits at one of the extreme ends of the row.
T sits two places away from V.
Only two persons sit between T and H.
Q sits second to the left of H.
Only three persons sit between H and Y.
L sits third to the right of Y.
J doesn’t sit adjacent to H.

From the above conditions, there are two possibilities

Clearly we can find that L sits second to the left of P.
