Bottommost floor is numbered as 1 to the topmost floor numbered as 8.

No one lives below Q.
There is three floor gap between Q and K.
M is living adjacent to K.
O lives just below N who lives three floor below J.
L lives below K.
As in case - (1) there is no possible position for L, therefore this case is eliminated.
After positioning L only one position is left which will be occupied by the only person left i.e P.

Thus, according the final arrangement P is five floor above O.

Hence, "Five floor above" is the correct answer.
