Heya....Disguised Unemployment means more people are working on a field than required.For better understanding u can take examples of harvesting a field.Suppose you have a field nd you need a workers to harvest it.Four are enough for this work but due to lack of work 6 people are working on that field .In Seasonal unemployment ...a person is employed for a particular season nd rest of the year he remain unemployed...or he/she can do small work like selling fruits etc.For eg. Disguised Unemployment:(i)   A situation wherein marginal productivity of labour is zero. It is not visible and found among wage earners, mostly in agriculture. (ii)  It is mostly found in agriculture (iii) It is found in rural sectors only.  (iv) The work requires the service of five people but engages eight people.Seasonal Unemployment:(i) Getting employment only for the part of the year in certain sectors, like agriculture is called seasonal unemployment.(ii) It is mostly found in agro-based industry. (iii) It is found both in rural as well as urban areas. (iv) There are certain busy seasons when sowing, harvesting, weaving and threshing is done.
