The logic here is as follows,

Step I: In each number of the input, the digit at the tenth place of first number is used as a base and the digit at the unit place is used as the power to that base. 27 09 49 64 64 01 16 125

Step II: In each number of step I, Add the number with the sum of the digits of the number. 36 18 62 74 74 02 23 133

Step III: The difference between the first number and the fifth number is the first number of step III. Similarly, Difference of the second number and sixth number is second number of step III and so on. 38 16 39 59

Step IV: Sum of the first digit of the first number and first digit of the third number is the first digit of the first number of step IV. (3 + 3 = 6)

The difference between the second digit of the first number and the second digit of the third number is the second digit of the first number of step IV. (8 - 9 = - 1) Note: Ignore (-) sign.

Again, Sum of the first digit of the second number and the first digit of the fourth number is the first digit of the second number of step IV. (1 + 5 = 6)

The difference between the second digit of the second number and the second digit of the fourth number is the second digit of the second number of step IV. (6 - 9 = - 3) Note: Ignore (-) sign.

So in step IV, we get, 61 and 63

Step V: Multiplication of sum of the digits of the first number and the second number = (6+1) * (6+3) = 7*9 = 63

Step VI: Sum of the digit of the number of step V is taken. 6 + 3 = 9

Now the same rule is applied for the given input.

The number which we get at the second last step is 24.
