Do's:Sleep on time so that you can wake up refreshed on the day of the exam;Go for a walk in the morning or do yoga/exercise. According to a research, this process helps to de-stress the mind and lowers the anxiety level;Eat a healthy breakfast before leaving for the exam hall;Reach the exam hall at least 15-20 minutes before the commencement of the paper;Remember to carry the admit card/hall ticket, stationary items (pens, pencils, scale, highlighters etc)In case of any illness, carry the medicines along;Don'ts:Do not be late for the exam;Do not go on an empty stomach, however, eat healthy not heavy food;Do not read a new topic just before the exam; it creates nervousness and confusion;Do not be under confident or over confident;Do not panic, be positive.ZAINAB KHAN wishes all the Board Exams' candidates a good luck.
