- 6- Bringing the acceptance of license of brothers etc. under public control by reforming the arms law
- 7- Reducing the exchange ratio of Rupee Sterling (not Dollar) to 1 shilling 4 pence.
- 8- To provide protection to the textile industry
- 9- To reserve coastal shipping for Indians
- 10- 50% reduction in land revenue
- 11- Salt tax and the end of the government monopoly on salt.
In the above 11 point demands, the initial 6 demands are related to the issues of general interest, after that three demands are related to the specific bourgeois class and the last 2 demands are related to the farmers.
The government did not take any positive stand on this demand of Gandhiji.
