The IBPS PO (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Probationary Officer) Exam is a highly competitive exam conducted annually to recruit candidates for the position of Probationary Officers in various banks across India. The Interview is the final stage of the IBPS PO Exam. The maximum marks allocated to the Interview are 100.



The final selection of candidates for the position of Probationary Officer is based on the combined scores obtained in the Main Exam and the Interview. The marks obtained in the Preliminary Exam are not considered for the final selection. The ratio of Main Exam marks to Interview marks is usually 80:20.
