Interview


The Interview is the final stage of the IBPS PO Exam. Candidates who qualify the Main Exam are called for an interview, where they are assessed based on their communication skills, personality, and overall suitability for the position of a Probationary Officer. The maximum marks allocated to the Interview are 100.

Final Mark Calculation


The final selection of candidates for the position of Probationary Officer is based on the combined scores obtained in the Main Exam and the Interview. The marks obtained in the Preliminary Exam are not considered for the final selection. The ratio of Main Exam marks to Interview marks is usually 80:20.
