The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts the Probationary Officer (PO) Exam to recruit candidates for various banking positions. The IBPS makes the following special arrangements for visually impaired or differently-abled candidates:

4. Braille Question Paper: For candidates who are proficient in Braille, the IBPS provides the question paper in Braille format. This ensures that visually impaired candidates can independently read and understand the questions.

5. Use of Assistive Devices: Candidates with physical disabilities can use assistive devices such as magnifying glasses, screen readers, or other aids to help them access the question paper and navigate through the examination process.


Visually impaired or differently-abled candidates should keep the following guidelines in mind:

1. Prior Notification: Candidates should notify the IBPS in advance about their specific needs and requirements. This allows the IBPS to make necessary arrangements for their smooth participation in the examination.

2. Documentary Proof: Candidates should provide necessary documentary proof of their disability or impairment, such as medical certificates or disability certificates, in order to avail the special considerations.

3. Clear Communication: Candidates should clearly communicate their requirements to the invigilator or examination authorities on the day of the exam. This ensures that the special arrangements are properly implemented.
