Salary Components for NABARD Grade B Officers:


- The basic pay for NABARD Grade B officers is Rs. 35,150 per month.


- The DA is revised quarterly based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
- Currently, the DA is around 17% of the basic pay.


- The HRA depends on the place of posting and can be 7%, 8%, or 9% of the basic pay.


- The special allowance is fixed at 7.75% of the basic pay.


- The grade allowance is fixed at 6% of the basic pay.


- The CCA is provided to employees working in metropolitan cities and can range from Rs. 700 to Rs. 1,000 per month.


- Medical allowance of Rs. 4,200 per annum
