DSSSB Reservation Policy for TGT/PGT/PRT Exam

The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) follows a reservation policy for the recruitment of TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher), PGT (Post Graduate Teacher), and PRT (Primary Teacher) positions. 2. Scheduled Castes (SC): 15% of the total vacancies are reserved for SC candidates.

3. Scheduled Tribes (ST): 7.5% of the total vacancies are reserved for ST candidates.

4. Other Backward Classes (OBC): 27% of the total vacancies are reserved for OBC candidates.

5. Economically Weaker Sections (EWS): 10% of the total vacancies are reserved for EWS candidates.

6. Ex-Servicemen (ESM): 10% of the vacancies in each category (except the Ex-Servicemen category) are reserved for ESM candidates.

7. Persons with Disabilities (PwD): 4% of the total vacancies are reserved for PwD candidates. Within this reservation, 1% is reserved for candidates with blindness and low vision, 1% for deaf and hard of hearing, 1% for locomotor disability including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims, and muscular dystrophy, and 1% for autism, intellectual disability, specific learning disability, and mental illness.
