Read the following information carefully and answer the givenquestions...
Let the quantity of white wines produced in January = 4x
The quantity of red wines produced in January = 4x * 125/100 = 5x
The quantity of white wines produced in May = 4x * 3/4 = 3x
The quantity of white wines produced in March = 4x * 7/4 = 7x
The quantity of red wines produced in March = 7x * 6/7 = 6x
The quantity of red wines produced in May = 6x * 100/75 = 8x
5x + 6x + 8x = 285
19x = 285
x = 15
The quantity of red wines produced in January = 5 * 15 = 75
The quantity of red wines produced in March = 6 * 15 = 90
The quantity of red wines produced in May = 8 * 15 = 120
The quantity of white wines produced in January = 4 * 15 = 60
The quantity of white wines produced in March = 7 * 15 = 105
The quantity of white wines produced in May = 3 * 15 = 45

The quantity of red wines unsold in March = 90 – 60 = 30
And the quantity of white wines unsold in March = 105 – 95 = 10
Required ratio = 30:10 = 3:1
