Hypothalamus secretes GnRH hormone which acts on anterior pituitary then anterior pituitary release FSH and LH acts on Sertoli cell and leydig cell respectively. Sertoli cell release ABP and Inhibin(inhibin act on anterior pituitary and slow its work)and leydig release testosterone (testosterone act on anterior pituitary as well as on hypothalamus and slow their process)...APB(secrete by Sertoli cell) + Testosterone(secrete by leydig cell) = Germ cell and finally germ cell form sperm by the process of spermatogenesis...
