Pradeep are worst books i hav ever gone through in my life. For school level , prefer rd for maths , ncert for chemistry( op tondon for some extra topics) and nootan/ncert/sl arora for physics. For competion first gone through a  mcq book for jee mains like jeemain package by ARIHANT PUBLICATIONS , then for jee advanved dpp by amit m aggarval ( maths questions- this can also be useful in mains) ,dc pandey (for ques) ,hc verma (for theory) ,and chemistry objective by arihant publications . op tondon is sufficient for competitive theory but not its questions.
