Mobiles produced during years from various cities can be calculated as follows:
2015:
Delhi = 125000 x 20/100 = 25000
Mumbai = 125000 x 18/100 = 22500
Based on the above data we get the following results:

Production of mobiles in Bangalore during 2015 = 125000*24/100 = 30000
Production of mobile in Bangalore during 2016 = 175000*20/100 = 35000
Required percentage = (35000 - 30000)/30000 x 100 = 16.6%
