Manuscripts: Manuscripts are written record of information written on paper during ancient period that are endangered and some are still preserved in museums and temples.Inscriptions: Inscriptions are compositions or drawings found on stones, columns, clay or copper tablets and dividers of hollows, sanctuaries, and landmarks. These inscriptions inform us regarding the Kings, the kingdoms they managed over, their organization, the requests they passed, the fights they won and so on. The Ashokan engravings on holes, columns, and stones discovered all over India are a notable case of engravings. Inscriptions are works or images that pass on a message, that is cut, or `inscribed` into non-paper, for the most part, hard surfaces, for example, stone, wood or metal. You frequently discover them on the dividers of sanctuaries, old relics and so on.
