Let the Resistance of Individual Resistors be R1 and R2 ohms.
So, The Total Resistance in parallel combination will be (R1X R2)/(R1 plus R2) Ohms.
Here, R1 = 2 KOhm, and Total Resistance is 1.403 KOhm
Just Put this value of R1 in the following Equation to get R2.
(2R2)/ (2 Plus R2) = 1.403
Hence, R2 = 4.70 KOhm.
