Phosphorus (15) 1s^2 2s^2 2p^6 3s^2 3p^3.now see 3p^3.n=3 .it belongs to p block .so, (principle quantum no.)n=2.....then azimuthal quantum no.(l) = n-1= 2-1=1....magnetic quantum no(ml) is from -1,0,1..and fill electrons in p orbital , u will get +1/2 spin(ms).
