Yes, there are international organizations that function in a democratic manner. The following are examples:
United Nations (UN)
- The UN is a global organization that works towards promoting peace and cooperation among nations.
- It has a General Assembly where all member states have equal representation and can participate in decision-making processes.
- The UN also has specialized agencies such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Labour Organization (ILO) that operate independently but still report to the General Assembly.
World Trade Organization (WTO)
- The WTO is an international organization that regulates trade between nations.
- It operates on a one-country-one-vote system, which means that each member state has an equal say in decision-making processes.
European Union (EU)
- The EU is a political and economic union of 27 member states located primarily in Europe.
- The EU operates on a system of representative democracy, where citizens elect members of the European Parliament to represent their interests.
- The EU also has a Council of the European Union, which is composed of member state ministers who make decisions on behalf of their respective countries.
International Criminal Court (ICC)
- The ICC is an international tribunal that investigates and tries individuals accused of genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes.
- It operates on a system of checks and balances, where judges are elected by member states and the prosecutor is appointed by the judges.
In conclusion, there are international organizations that function in a democratic manner, such as the United Nations, World Trade Organization, European Union, and International Criminal Court. These organizations ensure that all member states have an equal say in decision-making processes and operate on systems of checks and balances.

please enlighten us that which international organization works in an democratic manner.
As my opinion no international organization can work in a democratic manner as :
i) Democracy works in the general consensus of the public. As the public of an international organization will mean the entire population of the world, the will of all the people of this world till now has not been taken.
ii) Voting rights that is involving everyone to vote and with each vote counting as much as the other is not the way the world of international organizations work. Take UN as an example. A well known and trusted international organization. Do they have equal voting rights? NO. Does every vote matter equally? No. Do they conduct fair and equal elections to vote for a head? Don't be surprised, its still a big fat NO. The countries who contribute more to the world bank have more weightage for their one vote than many other countries who comparatively poor and contribute less and whose votes are considered unequal or unimportant. There is not such thing as free and fair in this platform of international organizations. Ever heard of "world elections"? Probably not.
However even if its not there now, democracy at an international level is something one would look forward to for someday to come.
