Iron is the correct option because hemoglobin consists of blood, plasma ,RBC and WBC which is made up of iron. Blood is red in colour which is the haemoglobin

Because haemoglobin is made up of heme ion which contains iron in it and which is responsible for oxygen transportation. So iron is required for the formation of haemoglobin
