Understanding Points and Lines
When we have four points on a paper labeled P, Q, R, and S, we can create various lines by connecting these points. These points are not on a single line, which allows for multiple unique lines and angles.
Possible Lines
From the points P, Q, R, and S, we can draw the following lines:
- Line PQ: Connects points P and Q.
- Line PR: Connects points P and R.
- Line PS: Connects points P and S.
- Line QR: Connects points Q and R.
- Line QS: Connects points Q and S.
- Line RS: Connects points R and S.
Each of these lines will intersect at various angles depending on the arrangement of the points.
Types of Angles
When two lines intersect, they form angles. The angles formed by the lines connecting these points can be classified as follows:
- Acute Angle: An angle less than 90 degrees.
- Right Angle: An angle equal to 90 degrees.
- Obtuse Angle: An angle greater than 90 degrees but less than 180 degrees.

Identifying Angles
For each intersection of the lines drawn through points P, Q, R, and S:

- Label each angle formed at intersections with letters (e.g., ∠1, ∠2, etc.) for easy reference.
