Tricyclopropyl carbocation is more stable than triphenyl carbocation.

This is because tricyclopropyl carbocation is stabilized by the electron-donating effect of the three cyclopropyl groups. These groups have a positive inductive effect, which helps to distribute the positive charge throughout the molecule and stabilize the carbocation.

On the other hand, triphenyl carbocation does not have any such stabilizing groups. The three phenyl groups do have a positive inductive effect, but it is not as strong as the effect of the cyclopropyl groups. Therefore, triphenyl carbocation is less stable than tricyclopropyl carbocation.
