Given Data:
Density of water and milk mixture = 1032 kg/m^3
Density of pure milk = 1080 kg/m^3

Calculation:
Let the percentage of water in the mixture be x%.
According to the given data,
Density of the mixture = (density of water x percentage of water) + (density of milk x percentage of milk)
1032 = (1000 x x) + (1080 x (100-x))
1032 = 1000x + 108000 - 1080x
1080x - 1000x = 108000 - 1032
80x = 99768
x = 99768 / 80
x = 1247.1

Percentage of water in the mixture:
Percentage of water = 1247.1 / 100
Percentage of water = 12.47%
Therefore, the percentage of water mixed in milk is 12.47%, which is closest to option c) 50%.
