Option a, c and d are correct. On ozonolysis of compound a ,we break the double bond and place an O to satisfy that double bond. On doing this,we will get The compound ‘X’ has a single chiral centre. This is shown below:-

Only this carbon is chiral 
With excess of HCl, we will have addition followed by sn1 mechanism. This will make a carbocation as intermediate and can have addition in both above the plane and below the plane of molecule. SO, we will get a racemic mixture.
