1. Going for walk daily :
Walking is simple but very beneficial. Long walks cuts the risk of heart diseases, reduces the risk of high blood pressure and also looses weight and many other benefits as walking early in the morning we get fresh air and good feeling. Walking 30 minutes a day is very beneficial for our health.
2. Eating a healthy diet :
Eating a healthy diet maintains our weight, provides energy, and we also get good sleep. Research also shows that healthy eating prevents us from getting attacked by diseases. Our body is made up of what we eat, if we eat fast food like pizza, burgers, fried food etc. Then our body will not get sufficient nutrients required and we start falling ill. So eating healthy diet is one of the main thin to introduce to our life. It is good for everybody whether child, adult or an old man.
3. Physical exercise :
If we do exercise daily our joints will always remain healthy and away from pain. For every age group exercise is very important and keep us active all the day. Exercise also helps to lower down the blood sugar and cholestrol level.
4. Saying no to alcohol :
Drinking alcohol is very dangerous for our health. It leads to rise so many heart diseases eg. heart attack, high blood pressure, brain damage etc. Consuming a small amount of may protect us but large amount doesn't. Drinking too much alcohol can weaken your immune system and make our body a much easier target for disease.
5. Proper sleep and rest :
Proper 8 hour sleep make us active and stress free. Not having proper sleep leads to diseases. Sleep plays a vital role in our body’s ability to heal and repair our blood vessels. Sleep is very significant component of healthy life style.
