The Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha are collectively known as the Indian Parliament. the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha are the two houses of Parliament.


=>  Lok sabha :-The members of the lok sabha are directly elected by the people. period of lok sabha is 5 years

* The maximum strength of lok sabha is 552
* Money Bill can only be introduced in the lok sabha.


=> Rajya sabha :- members are elected by the elected members of the state legislative assembly.after every second year which is replaced by the new members

The total strength of Lok Sabha is 545, with 543 members elected from different constituencies and 2 members nominated by the President to represent the Anglo-Indian community.
