How will you prove that Earth is spinning in it's own axis?
I assume that you accept that the sun does not orbit round the Earth. The earth orbits round the sun. If the Earth did not rotate we would have very long periods of light followed by very long periods of darkness, There would in effect be only one day per year, although I am not sure how we would define a year to be any different to a day. The only way we can get days that are the way they are is if our planet rotates on an axis through the polar regions.
