well there are many differences between supply and demand but  lets have a look to the basic differences between these two:-1.Demand is the desire of a buyer and his ability to pay for particular commodity at specific price while supply is the quantity  of a commodity which is made available by the producer to its consumer at a certain price.2.Demand curve is downward sloping while supply curve is an upward sloping.3.Demand represents the consumer while supply represents the firm.4.With an increase in price the demand decreases and vice versa i.e indirect relationship while supply increase along with the increase in price so it has a direct relationship.
