A material which has higher thermal conductivity means that it would not allow heat to accumulate near it and instead conduct it efficiently...so from the graph it's clear that A takes up a steady temperature of just 140 which is close enough to 150 and due to its higher conductivity allows most of the heat to flow to B and C. Further we can say with the same logic that C has the least thermal conductivity.
