  • a)
      At t = 5 sec equilibrium has been reached and KC, = 128 (mol/litre)2
  • b)
         At t = 5 sec equilibrium has been reached and % dissociation otA is 60%
  • c)
      At t = 5 sec equilibrium has been reached and % dissociation ofA is 30%
  • d)
      None of these
Correct answer is option 'C'. Can you explain this answer?

Attainment of the equilibrium A(g)2C(g) +B(g)gave the gave thefollowei...
Initially A is 10 and B and C are 0
A=10-ca
B=ca
C=2(ca)
10-10a=8.... eq 1
On solving eq 1 we get a as 0.2
B=10*0.2=2
C=4
No of moles of dissociation of A =10*0.2=2
There for dod=2/(2+4+2)*100=20% which is the correct answer the answer in the option given is incorrect
