The answer to this question is really easy. Given- circumference and height. When the circumference is given, you can easily find the radius because we know that 2pi*r is the circumference of circle, so 
2*22/7*r=22
r=22*7/2*22 which gives us 7/2 as a radius.. wait don't simplify 7/2 because it will make our calculations easier...
next step we have radius and height so we know that volume of cylinder is pi*r*r*h (pi r-square h)
now substitute the values 22/7*7/2*7/2*5 which when simplified gives the answer as 192.5 here is a photo if you want
