R = 10 cm , distance of chord from the centre = 5 cm
now , after drawing this diagram hypotenuse = 10 cm perpendicular = 5 cm
we have to find out base , h² = b² + p²
10² = b² + 5²
_ 100 - 25 = b²
b= √75
WE KNOW THAT RADIUS BISECT CHORD IN TWO HALVES ,
2 × √75 = 10√3 (answer)
now , after drawing this diagram hypotenuse = 10 cm perpendicular = 5 cm
we have to find out base , h² = b² + p²
10² = b² + 5²
_ 100 - 25 = b²
b= √75
WE KNOW THAT RADIUS BISECT CHORD IN TWO HALVES ,
