Endosmosis is the movement of a solvent (usually water) across a semipermeable membrane from a region outside a cell where there is high solvent, low solute, into a cell where this is low solvent, high solute.  Endosmosis is a type of osmosis.

Exosmosis is the movement of a solvent (usually water) across a semipermeable membrane from inside a cell where there is high solvent, low solute to outside a cell where this is low solvent, high solute. Exosmosis is also a type of osmosis.

Osmosis is the passive diffusion of water through a semipermeable membrane along a concentration gradient from where there is a high concentration of water to where there is a low concentration of water.

plasmolysis is the shrinkage of a cell due to the persisting movement of the water molecules out of the cell.

Endosmosis:
Endosmosis refers to the movement of solvent molecules (usually water) from the outer environment into a cell or a membrane-bound structure. It occurs when the solute concentration is higher outside the cell or structure than inside.

Exosmosis:
Exosmosis is the opposite of endosmosis. It is the movement of solvent molecules (usually water) from inside a cell or structure to the outer environment. Exosmosis occurs when the solute concentration is higher inside the cell or structure.

Osmosis:
Osmosis is the process of diffusion of water across a selectively permeable membrane. It involves the movement of water molecules from an area of lower solute concentration to an area of higher solute concentration, in order to equalize the concentration on both sides of the membrane.

Plasmolysis:
Plasmolysis is a specific case of osmosis that occurs in plant cells. It is the process in which water is lost from the cell due to a hypertonic external environment. As a result, the cell membrane shrinks away from the cell wall, leading to the collapse of the cytoplasm.
