Solubility of AgCl in different solutions
The solubility of AgCl refers to the maximum amount of AgCl that can dissolve in a given amount of solvent at a specific temperature. In this question, we are given four different solutions and we need to determine in which solution the solubility of AgCl will be maximum.

1. 0.1 M NaNO3
NaNO3 is a strong electrolyte that dissociates completely in water to form Na+ and NO3- ions. However, the presence of NaNO3 does not have any significant effect on the solubility of AgCl. Therefore, the solubility of AgCl in 0.1 M NaNO3 solution will not be maximum.

2. Water
Pure water is a non-electrolyte and does not dissociate into ions. Therefore, it does not have any influence on the solubility of AgCl. The solubility of AgCl in water will be low.

3. 0.1 M NaCl
NaCl is a strong electrolyte that dissociates completely in water to form Na+ and Cl- ions. When AgCl is added to a solution of NaCl, the Cl- ions from NaCl can combine with Ag+ ions from AgCl to form AgCl, which is soluble in water. This process is called the common ion effect. As a result, the solubility of AgCl in 0.1 M NaCl will be maximum.

4. 0.1 M NaBr
Similar to NaCl, NaBr is also a strong electrolyte that dissociates completely in water to form Na+ and Br- ions. However, Br- ions do not have a significant effect on the solubility of AgCl. Therefore, the solubility of AgCl in 0.1 M NaBr solution will not be maximum.

Conclusion
The solubility of AgCl will be maximum in a 0.1 M NaCl solution. The presence of Cl- ions from NaCl helps in the dissolution of AgCl by forming AgCl through the common ion effect.
