Calculation of Current Assets, Current Liabilities, and Liquid Assets:

Current Ratio = Current Assets / Current Liabilities
2.5 = Current Assets / Current Liabilities

Hence, Current Assets = 2.5 x Current Liabilities

Liquid Ratio = Liquid Assets / Current Liabilities
1.6 = Liquid Assets / Current Liabilities

Hence, Liquid Assets = 1.6 x Current Liabilities

Given, Inventory = Rs. 48,000

Calculation of Current Assets:
Current Assets = 2.5 x Current Liabilities

We know that Current Assets = Liquid Assets + Inventory
Therefore, 2.5 x Current Liabilities = 1.6 x Current Liabilities + Rs. 48,000

0.9 x Current Liabilities = Rs. 48,000
Current Liabilities = Rs. 53,333.33

Hence, Current Assets = 2.5 x Rs. 53,333.33 = Rs. 133,333.33

Calculation of Liquid Assets:
Liquid Assets = 1.6 x Current Liabilities

Therefore, Liquid Assets = 1.6 x Rs. 53,333.33 = Rs. 85,333.33

Therefore, the Current Assets, Current Liabilities, and Liquid Assets are as follows:

Current Assets = Rs. 133,333.33
Current Liabilities = Rs. 53,333.33
Liquid Assets = Rs. 85,333.33

In conclusion, the current ratio is a measure of a company's ability to pay off its short-term liabilities with its current assets, while the liquid ratio measures the company's ability to pay off its current liabilities with its liquid assets. By calculating the current assets, current liabilities, and liquid assets, we can determine a company's financial health and liquidity.
