A body is moving in a straight road against the frictional force of 5N...

Calculating Work Done

- First, calculate the work done against friction:
- Frictional force = 5N
- Distance traveled in a straight line = 1.5m
- Work done against friction = Frictional force x Distance
- Work done against friction = 5N x 1.5m = 7.5J

Work Done in Circular Path

- Calculate the work done in moving along the circular path:
- Radius of the circular path = 100m
- Distance traveled along the circular path for 1.5 rounds = 1.5 x Circumference of the circle
- Circumference of the circle = 2 x π x Radius
- Distance traveled along the circular path for 1.5 rounds = 1.5 x 2 x π x 100m
- Work done in moving along the circular path = Force x Distance
- Work done in moving along the circular path = 0 (no force is acting in the radial direction)

Work Done in Straight Line

- Distance traveled in a straight line after moving along the circular path = 2km = 2000m
- Work done in moving in a straight line = Force x Distance
- Work done in moving in a straight line = 0 (no force is acting against motion)

Total Work Done

- Total work done = Work done against friction + Work done in circular path + Work done in straight line
- Total work done = 7.5J + 0 + 0
- Total work done = 7.5J

Therefore, the total work done by the body is 7.5 Joules.
