The induced EMF in a rotating loop depends on the rate of change of magnetic flux through the loop. The magnetic flux through a loop is given by the equation:

Φ = B A cosθ

where B is the magnetic field strength, A is the area of the loop, and θ is the angle between the magnetic field and the normal to the loop.

Since both loops are identical and rotating at the same speed in the same magnetic field, the rate of change of magnetic flux through the loops will be the same. Therefore, the induced EMF in both loops will also be the same.
