By trying to be more confident, that there is a bright side and there are things you are capable of doing, be in the company of people who encourage you in things you feel passionate about doing, if you haven't discovered that special talent of yours then its time to do some digging to find out, I am speaking from experience, I took a long time to discover my own well I wont exactly say its a talent but yeah its something I love and enjoy doing, growing up I was never great with my finger, I always sucked at art no matter how much I liked the subject and wished I was good at it...but a few years ago on a rainy night since I had nothing better to do I tried out paper flowers and everything changed..whenever you feel sorry for yourself or ashamed of yourself, do something you feel good about doing, try your hand at new things, trust me, the feeling of trying it no matter how messy the first result is, you feel happy, the more practice you have the more you perfect it, and the more thee sense of accomplishment grows. so don't be afraid of trying.
