= 4 normal years + 1 leap year 
= 4 x 1 + 1 x 2 = 6

Days from 1-Jan-2006 to 28-May-2006 = 31 (Jan) + 28 (Feb) + 31 (Mar) + 30 (Apr) + 28(may)
= 148

148 days = 21 weeks + 1 day = 1 odd day
