Passage: In today’s world, many people spend a large part of their day indoors, often sitting in front of computers, using phones, or watching television. Technology has undoubtedly made life easier by allowing us to communicate instantly, work from home, and access information within seconds. However, this modern lifestyle has also brought several health problems. People who spend too much time indoors may experience eye strain from staring at screens, back and neck pain from sitting in one position for too long, and a lack of physical exercise, which can lead to obesity and weak muscles. Experts recommend that to stay healthy, individuals should take short breaks from screens, go for walks outside, engage in outdoor activities, and spend time in nature. Following these simple steps can help maintain both physical and mental well-being in today’s technology-driven world.
