In this chapter, we will learn about the
different places and services in our
neighbourhood that help us every day. We
will follow a girl named Navya and her
grandfather as they walk around and
discover things like communication,
transportation, hospitals, banks, and how
to read directions.

After finishing school, Navya sees her
grandfather, Dada ji, waiting for her at
the school gate. She suggests taking
the market route to the bus stop.
While waiting at the bus stop, they
board a bus together.
Sitting by the window, Navya notices
a red postbox on the street and points
it out to Dada ji.
