As soon as the eyes were finished, they blinked to life! The 
carpenter was astonished by this magical creation.

Before the mouth was even complete, it began to laugh! The old 
man told it to stop laughing, and it did, but as soon as the 
carpenter turned his back, the puppet stuck out its tongue, and 
its nose grew longer.
